Two Wheel Trolley: A Practical Guide for Golfers

A two wheel trolley gives you a simple way to move your golf bag around the course without carrying it for the entire round. Its compact design also makes it useful when storage space is limited.

For golfers who usually play on relatively flat courses, a 2-wheel design can be a practical option.

What is a two wheel trolley?

A two wheel trolley is designed to carry a golf bag while you pull it behind you. The bag rests on the trolley frame, while the handle gives you control as you move.

Compared with larger trolley designs, a 2-wheel model usually takes up less space when stored or transported.

It's worth checking the trolley's folded dimensions before buying, especially if you keep your golf equipment in a car with limited boot space.

Golf trolley for regular rounds

A golf trolley can make walking a round more comfortable by taking the weight of your golf bag off your shoulders.

Two-wheel trolleys are particularly suited to golfers who prefer a pull-style trolley. They're generally simple to position and can be convenient for short trips around the course or practice sessions.

Look for a handle that feels comfortable in your hand and can be adjusted to a suitable height.

What to check in a two wheel trolley

Before choosing a two wheel trolley, check a few practical details:

  • Wheel size and construction
  • Folded size
  • Handle height
  • Bag support
  • Frame weight
  • Storage or accessory space
  • Stability while moving

Wheel width matters too. A narrow setup may be easier to store, while a wider base can provide better stability on some surfaces.

Is a two wheel golf trolley right for you?

A two-wheel golf trolley can work well if you prefer pulling your bag and want something compact to store.

Think about the courses you normally play. If you regularly walk long distances or encounter uneven terrain, compare the wheel design, frame stability and overall weight before making a choice.

For occasional golfers, practice sessions and golfers with limited storage space, a compact 2-wheel trolley can be a useful addition to the golf kit.

How to Build a Comfortable Winter Golf Outfit for Indian Courses

Winter golf in India feels different from golfing in other seasons. Early morning tees can feel cold, and fog often slows the round. Many golfers struggle to dress correctly. This guide explains how to build a practical outfit that suits both performance and comfort.     Why Layering Matters for Winter Golf in India   Temperatures drop in cities like Delhi, Chandigarh, Pune and Bengaluru during winter mornings. The weather improves as the sun rises. This shift makes layering important. A good winter golf outfit allows you to remove or add layers as the round progresses. When layers fit well, they do not interfere with your swing. You stay warm at the start and relaxed by the back nine.     Choosing the Right Base Layer for Warmth and Mobility   A winter outfit starts with ...

The Short-Game Advantage: How the Right Golf Wedges Shape Scoring Consistency

Ask any experienced golfer where most strokes are won or lost, and the answer is  almost always  the same: inside 100 yards. While drivers and irons get much of the attention,  it’s   golf wedges  that  determine  how often players save  par or  turn birdie chances into reality.   Understanding how wedges are built and why materials matter can make a measurable difference in short-game performance.   Why Wedges Deserve More Thought   Wedges are the most versatile clubs in the bag. They handle everything from full approach shots to delicate chips, bunker escapes, and low-running pitches. Because  they’re  used so  frequently , even small improvements in control and feel can add up quickly over a round.   Many golfers focus on loft alone when choosing wedges, but factors like bounce, grind, and shaft material are just as important, especially for players who want consistency rather than occasional brill...
